All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Beyond the Veil are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at enterbeyondtheveil@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Items damaged through normal wear, improper use, or after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Exceptions

If we determine that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to countries where applicable consumer protection laws provide a mandatory cancellation or return period, those legal rights will apply regardless of this policy.
